- 1 ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar.

What do you need to do?
In the bowl you have to blend the two ingredients well and create a mix. Then apply it onto your skin when you are in the shower. If you want to exfoliate the skin on your face in particular, there is no need to mix it with sugar.
Coarse sugar and oil
Because of its content of oil this exfoliant is recommended for dry and sensitive skin.
You will need:
- 4 tablespoons coarse brown sugar.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 20 drops of essential oil to your taste.
What do you need to do?
In a clean bowl, mix all the ingredients and then apply on your skin, massage in small circular motions and then remove the exfoliant using warm water.
Coconut and brown sugar
This exoliant is ideal for dry and dull skin. It makes it look radiant and restores vitality.
You will need
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
What do you need to do?
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and then apply on the skin, massaging it gently and in small circular motions. Once you finish, you have to remove it using warm water. What remains can be put in a glass jar and stored at room temperature.
